Jenny is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP), holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, is an iPEC-trained Coach, and brings more than 10 years of experience across multiple industries.

The initial intake session serves as our foundation. We define the coach-client partnership, discuss goals for coaching, and explore the client’s values.
In our coaching sessions, we focus on the client’s goals, roadblocks, and opportunities. Together, we develop an action and accountability plan.
